Chicken Adobo
A simple chicken adobo recipe that is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 whole chicken legs (drumsticks and thighs)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Directions

    Separate the thighs from the drumsticks and place into a large sauce pan with all other ingredients. Let sit to marinate for 1 hour.

    After marinated, bring to a boil then reduce to medium heat. Cover and continue to cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and let simmer to reduce another 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender.

    Serve with rice.
