Fried Lumpia
Fried Lumpia made with mixed veggies and ground beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables (green beans, lima beans, carrots)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 25 lumpia wrappers
  • Salt
  • Directions

    Wash frozen frozen vegetables in cold water and let drain.

    In medium frying pan, cook meat on medium heat with minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the mixed vegetables and continue stirring for another 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat.

    Roll in lumpia wrappers and fry in preheated vegetable oil on moderate heat until golden. Drain cooked lumpia on paper towels to absorb excess grease and oil.
