Pork Adobo
A popular filipino style pork adobo often served with rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 cups water
  • Directions

    In a sauce pan, lightly brown the pork pieces and then add remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium heat and let simmer for 1 hour or until pork is tender.
